DEFINITIONS FOR ART CATEGORIES FOR ACCEPTING, RECEIVING AND TAGGING ART WORKS

· Painting - Watercolor, gouache, acrylic, oil, pastel or mixed painting mediums on paper, canvas, cloth or board. 

· Graphics -  Includes drawing with various media, pen and ink, printmaking, collage, mixed media that may include photography, lettering, hand-painting or montage and manipulated photography/digital imaginary that incorporates other forms of image mark making other than purely photographic.

· Photography - Traditional or digital camera/film image photographed by the artist. Image may be digitally altered and/or enhanced but it must be purely photographic without the addition of any non-photo imagery or additional media.

· Sculpture- Any 3D or bas-relief artwork. Can be found objects, mixed materials or traditionally sculpted artworks done in clay, paper, wood, metal or stone.

NOTE: All accepted art work must be listed and entered in one of the four described categories (no alternative or “artist-created” categories permitted.)
